I had a really good experience, the staff was really polite and friendly and the optometrist was really competent and nice. I went to the Boots in Hampstead and I will definitely recommend it

I need reading glasses and it would also be helpful to have discussed options as ready made reading glasses instead of being led immediately to prescriptions glasses which cost a lot more.

We were very impressed with the service. Our optometrist was wonderful with our daughter, her manner put her at ease very quickly. She made it fun and enjoyable. It was a very thorough eye test and we felt as if every aspect had been covered.
